Sporting a mammoth-sized smoking chamber and more than 1600 square inches of cooking space, this vertical pellet smoker is our most efficient smoker yet. Built to the Grilla brand standard of quality and performance, the Mammoth features our double wall insulation throughout the entire cooking chamber. This guarantees maximum heat retention in any weather, so you can invest more money on your meat, and less on pellets. It comes standard with 5 large stainless-steel racks with 10 different rack locations for a more versatile experience or purchase an additional 5 racks (available soon) to double your cooking space to over 3300 sq in! On top of this, the smoker will include a stainless-steel hanging rack with 24-hooks for hanging sausage and a steel water pan for easy grease management and low-temperature control. The Mammoth features our largest hopper yet at 40lbs. and can smoke for more than 48 hours straight at 250 degrees. In addition, our innovative lipped deflector can hold wood chunks or chips that smolder throughout your cook, producing more smoke than your average pellet smoker.

High-Temperature Safety Shutdown

If the unit exceeds 615°F shutdown is initiated and an error message will be displayed.

Low-Temperature Safety Shutdown

If the unit drops below 150°F for an extended time shutdown is initiated and an error message will be displayed. This error message can be cleared by unplugging and plugging back in your Mammoth. Always inspect your burn pot and auger after a low-temperature safety shutdown.
