As an evolution of our cherished Marinara, the Roma hybrid oven embodies the versatility and tradition of authentic Italian outdoor cooking.

  • Optimized Heat Retention: Advanced insulation and heat flow deliver superior heat retention and faster heat-up times. Redesigned chimney entrance synergizes with increased BTUs, eliminating the need for a damper.
