At Dickson Barbeque Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our main distribution center; please note that oversized items like grills may require specialized freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
